  1. Increased possible CRBasic scan rates by 1) allowing parallel access to ADC data from main and slow sequences, 2) not queueing/processing empty scans, and 3) allowing ADC data to be re-read when CRBasic scan rate exceeds the internal ADC sample rate.
  2. Added automatic scan synchronization.
  3. Updated voltage <-> temperature conversions to use NIST ITS-90 polynomials.
  4. Fixed error log and firmware responses to truncate after 256 characters.
