Yagi antennas are a type of directional antenna that consists of a rod pointed in the direction of the transmission/reception and several cross bars oriented at a 90° angle to the main rod. The rods' length and spacing are optimized to transmit and receive transmission in the desired frequency band.

The 10530 is compatible with the RavenXT-series, Raven100-series, and Redwing100-series digital cellular modems. This antenna typically attaches to a RavenXT-series modem via the 21847 12-foot cable or the COAXSMA-L cable (see Ordering Info). If surge protection is required, the 10530 connects to a RavenXT-series modem via the COAXNTN cable and 31317 surge protection kit.
The 10530 connects with a Raven100-series or Redwing100-series modem via the 14468 10-foot cable.
