CR1000X Scada connection

luisfgranada Feb 18, 2025 09:17 AM

Hello. We are having problems connecting a CR1000X to a Scada. From what I have understood from the technical support from the Scada, the datalogger is in one network, and the scada is in a different network, so there are two differents VLAN. The datalogger settings they have provided are:

IP Address: 172.16.13.1

Gateway: 172.16.13.254

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

Additional details:

Scada's subnet: 172.16.15.0/24

IP from the server trying to connect to the datalogger: 172.16.15.51

Note: Using a different subnet mask in the datalogger doesn't work.

Scada can't connect to the datalogger. Can you please help?

The routers from the two different VLANs need a connection to bridge them. IT network manager should be able to figure that out.
