Cant get the correct IP even with the correct credencials

Hi

Im having a very strange problem.

I have a system that uses a CINTERION BGS2T (that i use at several years with no issues what so ever, and is a very simple to use AT based modem). Now i have a client that has a system with a CR1000x with this modem and uses a close VPN (with a proper APN, user and password) to comunicate. I use the datalogger to control this link.

My problem is that i can get to te VPN but even with the correct credencials it doesnt give me the supposed IP address that i should have and without this i cant get communication to the stations.

Another info that i got from him, is that using a Campbell modem it all goes well (even if they didnt test this SIM card on a Campbell modem).

the modem string that i use to connect to the network is AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","(APN)";ATD*99***1# and using the "user" and "password" field in the datalogger to get to the VPN.

Does the Campbell modem uses anyother command to enter the VPN, that im missing?

Thaks a lot
